Q: How to get the sample?
A: Sure. We provide the sample to clients.
If the sample is parts, the sample fee is defrayed by us, the expense of delivery is charge from the Customer.
If the sample is the machine or assembly, the Customer pay for the sample fee in the base of FOB and burden the delivery cost.
For small amount, clients won’t pay for the sample in advance. The amount will be added on the new orders and pay together from the Clients. Just simply provide your air courier account number or another details, for example, DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, and we will arrange the sample sending ASAP.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: By T/T in Advance.
Q: What is the lead time after placing the order?
A: Normally, it takes about 40 days after receiving your /confirm/iation. However, it would depend on our production line schedule and the complication of the item.
Q: What is the delivery term for making business?
A: In general, we send the shipment in FOB term. However, the terms of CIF and C&F are acceptable which depends on the preference of clients.
